Works are progressing at pace at 30 Old Broad Street, London, as part of the Chartered Insurance Institute’s head office relocation. Key elements including partitions, MEP, fire alarm, and access control are all moving forward, with the space rapidly taking shape.

We’re especially proud of how clean, organised, and well-kept the site is looking, a real credit to the team on the ground who take pride not just in the build, but in the environment they’re creating every day.
