We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of Port Manor, a brand-new 55 bed care home in Seaford, delivered for our longstanding client Barchester Healthcare.

Originally commencing in 2020, the project has overcome significant challenges, including the insolvency of two previous principal contractors, making this achievement all the more rewarding. Through resilience, collaboration, and determination, the team has brought this high-quality care facility to life.

Port Manor includes a specialist Memory Lane Community, thoughtfully designed to support residents living with dementia. This dedicated space features sensory gardens with low risk walkways, adapted tableware and activity kitchens creating an environment where residents can enjoy everyday tasks and familiar comforts in a secure and engaging setting.
