We’re excited to share the latest drone picture from our Thurnby Fields Care Home project; a state of the art, 73-bed care home being developed for Cinnamon Care Collection.

Over the past month, the site has seen fantastic progress thanks to the dedication and expertise of Kori Construction Limited and their team of subcontractors. The first-floor planks are now in place, and masonry works between the first and second floors are nearing completion. The next milestone is the arrival and installation of the second floor planks which are expected in the coming days.

The build remains firmly on track for a Q3 2026 completion, with excellent momentum across all phases of the programme.
