We’re excited to share that our Whitewater Place Care Home project in Odiham has reached a major construction milestone – the building is now officially watertight!

This achievement marks an important step forward in the development of this brand new home, being delivered for our client Barchester Healthcare and constructed by Highwood Group. With the roof complete and the building sealed from the elements, our teams can now push ahead with the internal works, including drylining, plastering, and services installations.

Reaching this stage is always a turning point on site, as it allows full focus to shift toward internal finishes and the journey towards completion. The progress so far is a fantastic reflection of the dedication and collaboration from everyone involved.
