Progress is well underway on our upcoming 77-bed care home in Erdington for Signature Senior Lifestyle which is set to welcome its first residents in early 2026.

It’s been a highly productive month on site, with several key milestones achieved. Works have included the successful Virgin Media diversion, completion of the Section 278 (S278) construction works, and the mains water now live – all significant steps forward in the project timeline.

Meanwhile, progress inside the building continues at pace, with internal works well underway. Each stage is bringing us closer to delivering a modern, high-quality care environment designed with residents’ comfort and wellbeing at its heart.
