Construction is well underway on the new 67-bed care home for Barchester Healthcare in Haywards Heath, and the project is beginning to take shape in exciting ways. With the basement works now complete and the superstructure from the ground floor to the first floor almost finished, the building is visibly transforming into a modern, welcoming facility designed to serve the local community.

The new care home will provide a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment for residents, reflecting Barchester Healthcare’s commitment to high-quality care. The Marketing Suite is set to open in October 2026, allowing prospective residents and their families to explore the facilities and meet the team. Practical Completion is expected in November 2026, bringing the project one step closer to welcoming its first residents.
