An Integrated Development Designed for Care, Comfort & Connection
This 3.9-hectare development comprises ‘The Village Care Centre’ with a 60-bed care home, 46 assisted living suites and extensive communal facilities, alongside two clusters of independent living apartments providing 79 units in total. Delivered in two sequential phases, the project also included access and egress roads, parking, servicing areas, hard and soft landscaping, a bowling green, utility installations and ecological enabling works.

Driving Sustainability Through Innovative Energy Solutions
A strong focus on sustainability was achieved through the strategic integration of photovoltaic (PV) panels and combined heat and power (CHP) units. These technologies work together to generate low-carbon electricity on site while efficiently capturing and reusing waste heat. As a result, the development delivers a 20% carbon reduction beyond building regulations, significantly lowering operational emissions. This approach not only supports environmental targets but also ensures long-term energy efficiency, cost savings, and resilience against future regulatory and market changes.
