Harmonising Modern Living with Nature
Richmond Care Village Cheltenham is set within beautiful woodland next to Cheltenham Film Studios. From the outset, the vision was to create a place that seamlessly blends modern living with the surrounding natural landscape. The four-storey scheme offers 60 care bedrooms and 55 assisted living and extra care suites, thoughtfully arranged around landscaped gardens, a secure sensory garden, and managed woodland complete with new walkways. Residents also enjoy roof terraces with lounge access, creating calm, light-filled spaces that promote wellbeing and connection with nature.

Balancing Heritage, Landscape, and Lifestyle
A landscape-led strategy guided every stage of development, resulting in the planting and protection of over 300 new trees. Through careful planning and collaboration, we overcame complex heritage and environmental challenges to deliver a sophisticated, heritage-sensitive care village that balances thoughtful design, outstanding facilities, and a beautifully restored natural environment.
