Works are progressing well on site at Flint House Police Rehabilitation, where Phase 1 of the project is now underway.

This initial phase includes the refurbishment of the listed Lounge and Bar areas, alongside asbestos removal and associated demolition works to facilitate a change of use from accommodation to a flexible, multi-use meeting space. In parallel, the project also involves the re-creation of 12 bedrooms within Flint Fold, supporting the continued evolution of the facility.

It is encouraging to see the early stages of this scheme taking shape, and we look forward to supporting the successful delivery of the project as works progress.
