Significant progress continues to be made on the Castle LIP refurbishment project for valued client Retirement Villages Group at Castle Village, Berkhamsted, with the development now approaching a major project milestone.

One of the standout achievements in recent weeks has been the near completion of the roof works, alongside the full removal of the internal scaffolding. This has revealed the impressive Glulam frame in its entirety for the first time, a key moment for the project team as the scale and character of the new village hall truly begin to emerge.

With just two months remaining until completion, focus is now firmly on the final stages of the programme, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest possible standard.

The project continues to progress exceptionally well, with the transformation at Castle Village becoming more visible each week. The team looks forward to sharing the completed development in the near future as works move towards the final handover.
