We are pleased to announce that our project at 30 Old Broad Street for the Chartered Insurance Institute has now achieved practical completion and successfully secured its full licence.

From the outset, the project was driven by a strong collaborative approach, which has been carried through to deliver a high-quality finished result. Key packages including partitions, MEP installations, fire alarm systems and access control have all been successfully completed, contributing to a scheme that combines technical excellence with a highly coordinated delivery process.

Throughout the build, the project team maintained a consistently organised, efficient and well-managed site environment, ensuring works progressed smoothly while upholding the highest standards across all stages of delivery.

Particular recognition goes to the on-site team, whose attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and professional workspace has been evident from day one. Their dedication has played a key role in the successful completion of the project.
