Recent site progress includes the installation of roof trusses and significant internal work, with Lawrence Baker Ltd making excellent headway on both structural and interior elements. The scheme is being expertly managed by George Pratt of Fed3 Projects, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery across all stages.

Once complete, Signature Enfield will feature:
