Fed3 Projects is pleased to confirm that, building on Elmwood Group’s recent success at Port Manor, Seaford, Elmwood Group have been appointed by Barchester Healthcare to complete the new 65-bed care home in Stubbington, following a contractor insolvency.

Works on site have now commenced with a focus on superstructure masonry and roofing. Handover is scheduled for Summer 2026.
