Work continues to progress at pace at Cedars Village, where we’re proud to be delivering a transformative scheme for Retirement Villages Group Ltd, combining sensitive refurbishment with high-quality new construction.

We’re delighted to announce the completion and handover of the new-build Village Hall — a bright, modern, and versatile facility now serving as a central hub for residents. This purpose-built space has quickly become a vibrant focal point for community activities, events, and social gatherings.

Alongside this, the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Clubhouse is nearing completion. The works have been carefully planned and executed to preserve the historical character of the building, while introducing renewed functionality and comfort. Refreshed spaces, including the Restaurant, Hobby Room, and Crafts Room, are set to be handed over in the coming weeks — ensuring residents benefit from both charm and convenience.

This project is a shining example of how thoughtful design and expert delivery can seamlessly integrate modern amenities within a heritage setting, enhancing the quality of life for residents and supporting vibrant community living.
