A key milestone has been achieved on site at Comeytrowe, with the building now fully watertight following completion of the roof. The roof structure is also prepared to receive the forthcoming photovoltaic (PV) installation.

Internally, works to the Marketing Suite are progressing well and remain on programme, with handover to Amica Care Trust scheduled for May.

The project continues to move forward positively, with Practical Completion currently anticipated in Summer 2026.
