Good progress continues on site at Wakehurst Hall, Haywards Heath, following a recent site visit with Barchester Healthcare and Lawrence Baker.

The project has reached an important stage, with the roof structure now approaching completion. This milestone places the scheme on track to become fully watertight within the next four to six weeks.

Internally, preparations are underway at ground floor level for the installation of underfloor heating, while first-fix mechanical and electrical works are progressing well on the first floor.

Practical Completion of the project is currently anticipated in Q4 2026, and we look forward to seeing continued progress as works advance on site.
