Works continue to progress positively at Stubbington Manor, where Elmwood Group is delivering the project on behalf of Barchester. The development has moved steadily through the autumn period, with several key stages now approaching completion.
The initial remedial works, inherited from the previous contractor, are now in their final stages. Completing this phase provides a solid foundation for the remaining construction programme and ensures continuity moving into the new year.
A significant milestone is also nearing completion externally, with the installation of the roof trusses almost finished. This will enable felt and batten works to begin early in the new year, marking an important step towards fully weatherproofing the building.
Internally, progress remains consistent across trades. Early M&E installations are advancing through the ground floor and are now beginning to move to the first floor, maintaining alignment with the overall programme.
The project remains on track for a Q3 2026 Practical Completion.
The project team continues to work collaboratively to drive progress and deliver a high-quality facility for future residents. Further updates will be provided as the scheme advances into the next stages of construction.
