We’re excited to share a construction update from West Malling, where excellent progress is being made on a brand-new 70-bed care home, due to open in Summer 2026.

Recent drone footage has captured the scale and momentum of the works on site, with the first-floor plank installation now well underway. This marks a key phase in the build as the project continues to move steadily toward structural completion.

The new care home is being developed to provide high-quality, purpose-built accommodation for older people, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing, comfort, and community. Designed and delivered by a skilled and collaborative team, the scheme reflects a shared commitment to raising standards in care environments.
