Fed3 Projects is pleased to report significant progress at the Signature Senior Lifestyle Surbiton development. The concrete frame is now complete, with the structural framing system (SFS) and window installations finalised, and the roof membrane fully in place.

Despite challenging ground conditions encountered during the piling phase, the project remains on programme for its scheduled completion in summer 2026. Façade brickwork is progressing at pace, marking another important step toward delivery.

We would like to acknowledge the commitment of the full design and construction team in maintaining quality and programme performance throughout this stage of the build.
