We’re thrilled to announce that planning permission has been successfully secured (via delegated approval) for Fidelia Care Ltd.’s exciting new development at Staverton House in Trowbridge.

This scheme will see the much loved former Old Vicarage, which closed in 2021, replaced with a purpose built 46-bed care home designed to meet the needs of future residents and the local community.

We’re proud to be providing both Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on this development, ensuring it is delivered to the highest standards from start to finish.

The new care home has been carefully designed to provide:
