We’re pleased to share the latest progress from our Barchester Healthcare care home development in Haywards Heath, where construction has reached an exciting new milestone.

The first-floor planks are now complete, marking a key stage in the build and enabling Lawrence Baker to advance to the next phase of the superstructure. With the second-floor planks now on the horizon, the building’s form is beginning to take shape and reflect the high quality design intent behind the scheme.

The project remains firmly on schedule, with Practical Completion targeted for Q4 2026. We look forward to seeing continued progress as this impressive new care home moves closer to completion.
