Construction continues to progress well at Hazelton Gardens in Waterlooville for Barchester Healthcare, with the Highwood team maintaining strong momentum on site.

Roof coverings are now nearing completion, and the project is approaching the important milestone of becoming fully watertight, a significant achievement within the overall programme.

Internally, this development represents one of Barchester’s new-specification homes and will feature full underfloor heating throughout. Installation of the ground floor pipework is now close to completion, marking another key stage successfully delivered.

Practical Completion is currently scheduled for Q4 2026, but the team is doing everything possible to better this date, let’s see if we can bring one home early!

Overall, the project is making excellent progress and continues to move confidently towards its next milestones.
