A rare dry day down on the south coast last week allowed us to take some photos with blue sky in the background!

The Elmwood site team continue to make excellent progress despite challenging weather conditions. Large sections of the building are now weather-tight, with full watertight completion anticipated by mid-March.

Internally the works are progressing well in the dry areas, with metal frame and dry lining commencing.

Practical Completion is due 3Q 2026.
