Exciting progress is being made on site in Towcester, where construction is well underway on a brand new 73-bed care home, due to open in Winter 2026.
Delivered in partnership with Zephyr X and LNC Property Developments Ltd, this purpose-built facility will offer a modern, welcoming environment designed to meet the highest standards of residential care.
The project has now entered a significant early phase, with substructure works progressing smoothly. Foundations have been excavated and the first concrete pours are complete, laying the groundwork for what will become a vital community resource.
This development is being expertly managed by Martin Bloomfield, ensuring that all works are coordinated efficiently and progress continues as planned.
