Bere Grove Care Home is a purpose built, two-storey development designed and constructed to deliver a high standard of modern residential care. The build focuses on structural efficiency and quality finishes to create light-filled, open-plan spaces that promote comfort and accessibility. A key construction feature is the integration of outdoor terraces designed to provide safe, functional, and accessible external areas, enhancing residents’ connection to the surrounding environment.

Communal amenities such as comfortable lounges, dining areas, a bar, orangery, cinema room and an on-site hair dressing salon support social interaction and daily comfort. Externally, landscaped gardens and outdoor seating areas contribute to residents’ well being, offering tranquil, accessible spaces to relax and enjoy nature.
