Melwood Grange is a purpose built, 73-bed, state of the art residential and nursing care home. Spanning three storeys, the project was delivered on a challenging sloping site, requiring innovative construction solutions to manage complex retaining structures and significant level changes. With a compact foot print and multi-level design, the scheme demanded meticulous planning, precise phasing, and tightly coordinated logistics to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the build.

The architectural complexity, including varied façades and an intricate roof structure, called for rigorous quality control and close programme monitoring to maintain exceptional standards and ensure timely delivery.
