Beautifully designed, purpose-built facility delivered for Barchester Healthcare. This modern 72-bed home is constructed over 3 storeys and offers high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care within a warm, welcoming environment.
Project outcome
Pinetree was configured so that its wings and floors operate independently, enabling the home to isolate specific sections if needed to provide an advanced infection-control measure embedded in the design from day one. Each of the 60 bedrooms includes a private wet room and ensuite bathroom, ensuring resident independence while allowing for controlled, autonomous functioning of each zone.
