Project Title

Design and Construction of a 102-Bed
Luxury Care Home at Hendon Hall

Project scope
Premium, specialised
residential care
This prestigious project involved the design and construction of a luxurious 102-bed care home integrated with the historic Grade II listed Hendon Hall, originally built in the mid-18th century for actor David Garrick. The development includes 48 one-bedroom suites, 30 studio suites, and 24 dementia care suites, all tailored to provide premium, specialised residential care.
Project outcome
Meticulously
preserved & restored
While the historic Hendon Hall was meticulously preserved and restored, later additions were replaced with modern, purpose-built structures to enhance functionality and seamlessly blend heritage with contemporary design. Key features include luxury amenities, elegant communal spaces, landscaped grounds, and a therapeutic environment designed to support the well-being of all residents, including those with dementia.
