Overcoming Site Challenges with Precision and Planning
The site was sloping which introduced large retaining wall structures and complex level differences. The compact development footprint on multiple levels created limited circulation space for construction logistics meaning phasing and programming of the works were key. The building design also meant multiple façade treatments and a complex roof structure which required tight quality control to ensure consistent workmanship and detailing at interfaces.
