Highwood is making strong progress at Hazelton Gardens in Waterlooville, currently outperforming the construction programme for the client, Barchester Healthcare. The project has maintained impressive momentum through the winter period, positioning the team well as works continue into the new year.

The roof structure is now approaching completion, with preparations underway for roof coverings to commence in Zone 1 imminently. This marks a key milestone in sealing the building and enabling further internal phases to advance.

Internally, significant strides have also been made. Installation of the underfloor heating system is close to completion on the ground floor and has now begun on the first floor. Initial first-fix M&E works are progressing in parallel, helping to maintain continuity across trades and support the project’s strong programme performance.

Hazelton Gardens remains on schedule for a Q4 2026 Practical Completion, with the Marketing Suite due to be delivered in Q3 2026.
