The sun followed us down to the south coast for the second month in a row, allowing Elmwood to make great progress on the roof.

With the external coverings now nearing completion, the building has begun drying out, helping to drive real momentum with the internal works.

As conditions inside continue to improve, dry lining and skim have commenced on the ground floor, while M&E installations progress throughout the home.

Great progress so far, let’s hope the rain is behind us and keep pushing towards completion.
